• 📦 Deliveries Beyond Delhi NCR:

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery within 3–5 working days, depending on your location.

Currently, orders are accepted only within Faridabad. We’re expanding our delivery reach soon because good things deserve to travel far.

For Returns & Exchanges:

You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 73030 15542.

We’ll guide you through the simple return process, no stress, no delays. We’ll take care of the rest!

You can raise a return or exchange if:

• You received a damaged or wrong product
• The seal was broken upon delivery
• The product was expired at the time of delivery

How it works?

Once your request is verified, we’ll arrange a pickup from the same address.

For exchanges, your replacement will reach you within 3–5 days (or next day for Delhi NCR).

If you face any delivery issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

After we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you about the approval status.

Approved refunds will be credited directly to your Infield Organic Wallet, so you can use them for your next purchase, your next step toward sustainable living.

Order Cancellations: We Get It, Plans Change 😊

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it easily. We’ll issue a full refund with no deductions.
